Tydzień temu miałam zrobiony zabieg Fotona 6D na twarz i szyję. Skóra na mojej twarzy była szara, z licznymi zmarszczkami, widać było zmęczenie i ewidentny brak elastyczności. Sam zabieg nie jest bolesny, ale okolica ust była u mnie bardzo wrażliwa. Złuszczanie było obfite w 3 i 4 dniu po zabiegu. Mam świadomość, że na pełny efekt liftingu muszę poczekać ok 2-3 miesięcy, ale już dzisiaj (po 8 dniach) mogę stanowczo stwierdzić, że skóra jest rozświetlona, drobne zmarszczki są widocznie spłycone. Zabieg przeprowadzony fachowo, w sterylnych warunkach. Bardzo dobrze dobrany zabieg do moich problemów. Szczerze polecam

About the procedure

The combination of the Nd:YAG and Er:YAG lasers in a single multi-functional system known as Fotona Dynamis SP allowed for creating a unique treatment procedure with such a high efficiency, namely Fotona 6D. This ground-breaking technology helps us meets the demands and expectations of Patients who are looking for a natural effect without injections, pain and recovery period.

The treatment procedure is performed both on the external surface of the skin and in the inside of the mouth. It consists of as many as 6 stages, each targeting a different skin problem and imperfections. This allows for full reconstruction of collagen fibres throughout the thickness of the skin, thereby achieving a permanent effect of suppleness, skin density and reduced wrinkles.

WHAT DOES THE TREATMENT PROCEDURE LOOK LIKE?

Fotona 6D Laser Facelift consists of the six following stages:

ENDOLIFTING® – the first part of the treatment performed inside the moth using the Er:YAG laser. This stage involves controlled tissue heating, which stimulates the contraction of collagen fibres, thereby making it possible for them to be reconstructed across the entire thickness of the skin. The laser’s impulses are emitted to specific areas in order to achieve the effect of filled nasolabial furrows, increased skin firmness, cheek augmentation and smoothed out wrinkles around the lips. Patients notice that their nasolabial furrows are noticeably filled as soon as after a single treatment, without using any fillers!
FRAC3® – the second part of the procedure is performed on the external surface of the skin and it is intended to improve the firmness of the deepest skin layers. The Er:YAG laser and the revolutionary method of 3D fractioning generate thermal points deep in the skin, which provide intensive stimulation for the body to produce new collagen fibres. The FRAC3® programme is the first non-ablative technique for intensive skin firming. Compared with ablative techniques, it produces far more permanent effects as it affects the deepest layers of the skin without damaging its surface.
PIANO® – the third stage uses long impulses of the Nd:YAG laser, which stimulates the firmness of large areas of skin. It is the so-called thermal lift, during which the laser’s energy works at the depth of approx. 6 mm, reaching as far down into the skin as to the subcutaneous tissue. This stage results in deep thermal lift as well as improvement of skin quality and condition.
WRINKLE REMOVAL – the fourth part of the procedure involves wrinkle elimination. The purpose of this stage if to emit precise doses of energy to target facial wrinkles, mimic wrinkles around the eyes, forehead lines, wrinkles around the lips and others. The effects are spectacular, with wrinkles filled “from the inside”.
LIP REGENERATION – the fifth stage is focused on the lips. The procedure is performed on the internal and external surfaces of the red pigment of the lips. Its purpose is to smooth out vertical lines and regenerate the lips. Immediately after the treatment procedure, the lips are full and smooth.
SKIN FIRMNESS – the last part is aimed at intensive improvement of skin firmness and elasticity.

The Fotona 6D treatment procedure may be performed on the face, chin, neck and neckline.

Pain sensations

The Fotona 6D laser lift requires no anaesthesia and causes practically no pain. The particular stages of the procedure make the skin feel warm and a little bit prickly (the needles-and-pins sensation). During the treatment procedure, the Patient’s skin is cooled down by means of a special nozzle with cold air. The procedure is described by our Patients as comfortable and requires no anaesthesia.

Recommended number of treatment procedures

The recommended number of treatment procedures depends on the Patient’s age and skin condition. In most cases, a satisfying effect is achieved after a single procedure. However, for mature skin types, we recommend two treatment procedures at an interval of 3 - 6 months.

Duration of the treatment procedure

The estimated duration of the procedure is 1.5 to 2 hours.

Post-treatment recovery

A huge advantage of the Fotona 6D treatment procedure is the absence of a recovery period. Immediately afterwards, the skin may be slightly reddened, and as soon as the next day, Patients can resume their normal daily activities because the skin reconstruction process takes place in its deep layers.

Contraindications

exposure to UV radiation (one month before the treatment procedure);
use of photosensitising medications;
use of steroids (in the form of creams or tablets);
use of oral retinoids within the last 6 months;
consumption of herbs, such as St. John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum L.), marigold (Calendula officinalis L.), and camomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.), must be discontinued 2 weeks before the treatment procedure;
blood-clotting (coagulation) disorders, use of blood thinners (anticoagulants);
active autoimmune diseases (e.g. systemic lupus erythematosus, scleroderma);
predisposition to keloids and hypertrophic scars;
active skin diseases;
active viral infections; HIV, viral hepatitis;
peelings performed 2 weeks before the treatment procedure;
wax or tweezer hair removal performed 1 week before the treatment procedure (in the area to be treated);
epilepsy;
active neoplastic disease;
pacemaker;
very dry and highly sensitive skin types;
pregnancy and breast-feeding.
